Our preference is traditional late seating in the main dining room.

I chose early traditional but that is only if we are traveling alone. We like sitting at the same table with the same people every night.

If we are traveling with with friends, we prefer the flexible time.

We love the free style on NCL.

We still prefer to go to the traditional seating. Late seating works well for us in lots of ways.

Up until the 2nd leg of our back to back, we were absolutely, had to have late dining (2nd seating). We tried any time dining for the 2nd leg and loved it. Found ourselves going to the dining room between 7:30 and 7:45 every night. Not too late to have indigestion and not too early to not get in a full day, nap, shower, casino time, etc.

We like to do a bit of everything. First seating for 1st night to meet folks at our table ... if we hit it off with them then we join them each night for the remainder of the cruise. If we are not too crazy about the other couples we eat in the Lido and specialty restaurants and then back to the MD for the final formal evening. I guess it just depends!!
