Anti- sea sick methods

We found that pepto bismol works the best. We contacted the company and they said even though they don't advertise it, many have said it was the best for sea sickness.

Rita wears the patch. I tell her it's probably psychological, however she afraid not to wear one.

I wear a patch, but rarely change it after the 1st one. That means that either it doesn't mean I need one, or I do't need one after 3 days

I take 1 Bonine the morning we leave and very rarely take anything else. I guess I have pretty good sea legs.
