We've never cruised without insurance. This just reinforces my feeling of needing it,

Years ago we traveled without it but over the last 10 years we have taken the insurance but it's more because we have aging parents then weather related.

We didn't get insurance with our first few cruises, but we always do now...you never know what might happen...it's a good plan to have the insurance.
