Have you worn dress shorts to dinner

On the last cruise I wore them on 1st nite. Luggage was real late arriving at my room. Otherwise never.

Like Joe, the only time we would wear shorts into the DR is if our luggage was delayed.

Only once and that was because our ship sponsored tour was very late and I had to as we did not have enough time to change. They did not want to let me in but I told them why so this once I did but never otherwise. I am an RN and wear scrubs all day so dressing up a little is fine with me.

I guess I'm on the other end of the spectrum. I totally would as long as I looked nice. I think dress shorts might be able to be pulled off. :)

I once wore flip flops under my formal dress on one cruise! After all it's all still vacation! :D

On NCL it is pretty casual, but shorts? I don't think so.

Unless they are Bermuda shorts and Long black socks and shoes are worn.

No shorts for us in the dining room except for breakfast and lunch.

Never for dinner. I always carry some long pants and shoes in my carry-on in case the luggage is late getting to the room. But since we at late, it has never been a problem yet.
