2 past Grand Cayman experiences

Summer 2008 we are in Grand Cayman.......

I am the the Tiki bae at Geckos......wifey is sunning on a lounger......she yells to me someone is yelling for help......i ignore it.....wifey yells again for me.....i gulp a beer.....go down and say if this is a kid *^%*&$$##$%@%^*^(&(*)(*^%$

I go out and get this lady. Her snrokeling floatie has deflated, so i pull her in to shore, and bust my knee on some coral and it starts bleeding.....here sharkey sharkey........i get her to shore.... pull off her flippers and such.....she shakes her head, coughs a few times......gets up grabs ger stuff and walks away....without a word........my mouth drops open......later i am at the bar again and her family is at the bar too and not one says anything......

#2.............we are swimming in the water...i see a group of people.....i keep looking and it looks like someone found a nice conch shell......so i say...hey is that a shell?...they say no it is a crossaint.....what i say...yea we took croissants from the ship to feed the fish so we could take pictures of them..........i just stood there dumbfounded.........

What the he!! is wrong with these people?? esp. the gal you fished out of the ocean??? weird. Not even a thank you.

My GC story is a bit better. We saw our beloved Chi Bulls win their 1st NBA championship in 1991 there, at place called DJ's bar and grill. later they had a Queens day celebration and guess what we saw? The US Navy was in the area and we had an airshow. say KC taknker planes, an A-10 warthog buzz the beach and two F-14 Tomcats do some tricks inc. going vertical until they we out of sight!! THAT was cool.
