Looking for some suggestions for a pre-cruise hotel in Barcelona.

we stayed at the Avenida palace. Great location in the Ramblas.

We stayed the Hotel Royal Ramblas, right on the Ramblas. Also have put a number of satisfied customers in the Silken Ramblas, one block off the Ramblas in the Gothic Quarter.

Have stayed three times now at Aparthotel Atanea Barcelona in Les Corts neighborhood, 1 block from Avenguda Diagonal. Comfortable, spacious, reasonable prices, easy to get to everything (metro a block away), and best of all branch of El Corte Ingles next door, for food (gourmet section in basement, nice restaurant) and any last-minute purchases you forgot. Can be booked on web through Booking.com
