Why did you join CruiseCrazies?

I was looking for a kinder gentler cruise board and found it here at Crazies. No judgements are passed, nasty comments are not permitted, and differences of opinion are allowed.

We were on a cruise and James mentioned "wouldn't it be great if there was a website where we could learn about other people's cruises and we could share our experiences?" I then told him about an ad that I saw in my Cruise Magazine for Cruise Crazies. So I joined. Shortly thereafter, Marcy (and James) joined.

We love the information that we get. And we love sharing our cruises.

We joined for the same reasons as Rose. We were already members of other sites, but mainly read and seldom posted. We could tell this one was different. What makes this site wonderful is Jason and his family. We've met them and they are truly very-very nice people. We, in turn, have remained loyal members of the friendliest cruise site on the Internet. :thumbup:

I've got to say that I was pretty much in the same boat as Keith and Rose. The other boards were either mean spirited or very cliquey. When I found CruiseCrazies, It just felt comfortable from day 1.

As did Keith, we also met Jason and his family. They are all such wonderful people that you can understand why CruiseCrazies is the friendliest board on the internet.

I was googling "Cruise Vacations" and CC popped up; I was looking for information on the various cruise lines, and found lots of info plus, eventually, a really nice bunch of people. Since joining, I have met up with a half dozen of them, and they are all wonderful people. Really glad I found CC.

I think everyone else has said it best. No need to worry about asking a questions and being told to "do a search", etc. Just genuinely nice people with similar interests in their choice of vacations.

I joined because of all the above - friendliness, non-judgemental, informative etc.....etc....etc.....and I am "CRAZIE" about cruising. I also saw the ad in "Cruise Travel Magazine". I joined but just lurked for a few months before I chimed in. That was 4 years ago
