I think it depends on the economics. As this seems to be completely the fault of the capt. who seemed to use incredibly bad judgement would insurance cover this? I don't know. Even if its refloated and sold I would think its former incident can't be hidden no matter what name it sails under.

BTW this happened on the Fri. the 13th and at the time of impact the MDR crew was performing a song/dance routine from the song "My hear will go on" from "Titanic." wacko.gif Personally I would never tempt fate.
