Steve, very nice review. We cruised on the Elation twice. The first one was out of LA to the Mexican Riviera in 2000. The second one was also out of LA, however that one was actually Lower Alabama last Sept. Both were very good cruises! :thumbup:

Steve, great review. We did the Sensation out of Tampa with a stop in New Orleans. We LOVED New Orleans.

I agree that watching and enjoying a cruise through the eyes of a first time cruiser is an incredible experience. Thank you for reminding me of this wonderful gift.

Thanks for the great review, Steve. Would like to sail out of New Orleans some day..have been there before with not much time to spend...would love to stay overnight and sail from there. Glad you had a good cruise...I haven't been on the "Elation" but have been on the "Liberty" recently and was very surprised at how Carnival has improved on their food, entertainment and service.
