I guess everyone was a victim of his poor instincts. Hopefully when he gets done feeling sorry for himself, he'll have more time to figure out how this happened. I'm just glad that the ship didn't sink in the hour that it took to loop around in the deeper water and return to the reef, or there would have been far more deaths.
