Vacations to go??

Have any of you used Vacations to Go to book your cruise. I have noticed that thier prices are a little lower than what my travel agent quoted. How is thier service and are they reliable? Any particular agent that you are fond of?

I can only go by the service I had with them and it was wonderful. I use them for my groups because their booking summery is so much easier to read and keep track of. The pricing has be very competetive or beats what the cruise line offer me.

I have not done single customer service with them, mine are usually groups of 15 and up.

I booked probably a dozen cruises thru them. The only problems I kept having was that my OBC was never applied to my account and I'd always have to contact them after the cruise and they'd send me a check....not quite the same thing after the fact :sad2:

We used VTG several times because of a family member. They told us of there great treatment and they always got something special from their booking like flowers, chocolates, upgrades or some special gift from VTG. We on the other hand booked thru them at least 7 times and recieved nothing. We were very disgusted contacted them about it. They offered us a small discount if we would book thru them again... it was our last booking. We also like to book within the last 90 days and to get the lowest price you have to get a guaranteed room instead of your choice. This last booking we booked direct thru Carnival good prices for past guest rates!!!
