The company has been working with guests on vacation plans, but didn’t have a breakdown of how many chose each of the options. The fire occurred during the March 26 sailing. Guests were given a full refund for the cruise and a future cruise certificate for 100 percent of the cruise fare paid. The following cruise, which was to depart April 12 was also concelled. Those guests will receive a full refund and a future cruise certificate for 30 percent of the cruise fare paid.
