Gotta say I tried them once and would never do so again. It was for a Tampa to Port Everglades and back trip. Going it took 6 hours; coming back 8 hours. It makes sooooo many stops along the way, the mini vans are not clean, or at least the ones we had, the drivers hardly speak English and seemed to be constantly on personal calls. On the ride home there was a roach in the van. Can't say I'd recommend them.

I recommend using a search aggregator first like shuttlefare.com or supershuttle.com and see what shared-shuttle and private options are available.  Uber/Lyft can be a decent option depending on the number of bags you have.
