Missy and Dave, Welcome to CruiseCrazies. We're so glad that you found us. We love new members around here and we're so glad that you introduced yourselves.

Missy, we absolutely love the Royal Carib. ships. We've been on several of them and many times on the Liberty of the Seas. We've never been on the Oasis because we do the shorter cruises but have friends who have been on her and were thrilled with the cruise.

Dave, we're looking forward to you diving in here also.

Hope to see both of you doing a lot of posting in the various forums.

Hi Dave! Welcome :)

Thanks for your kind responses and all the congratulations! We are thrilled- do not know yet if the baby will be a girl or boy, but hopefully she/he will grow up with the travel bug!

I cruised on the Oasis back in November and enjoyed the itinerary. Ziplining, ice skating, and playing mini-golf on the ship was really cool, and I really appreciated how no one was getting sea sick. My husband and I will be cruising with my parents on Saturday (just a few more days!!), and my mother is very prone to sea sickness; that is why we selected the Oasis. Hopefully it will be perfect for her!

In June, my friend and I will be cruising on the Celebrity Summit. This will be her first cruise, and my first time on the Summit. We are really looking forward to it!
