Help with wheelchair transfers needed!

Hi Guys!

I know I'm the newest Newbie here, but I'm in desparate need of some help!

My brother has 2 friends coming over from Canada to England in August. They are landing at Heathrow but departing from Dover Pier on the Crystal Serenity for 11 nights before spending about 6 weeks with him and his family.

Does anyone know of a company that can handle 2 passengers (1 of whom is in a wheelchair), plus nearly 2 months worth of luggage plus a spare wheelchair?!

Any help and/or guidance will be gratefully received

Do they require a special wheelchair van or is the person mobile enough to store the chairs in the back? I can ask the company I am using in August.

Thnaks for your reply. They will need a speical wheelchair van I think. He is in a motorised wheelchair and is also bringing a manual one too as a spare. Which company are you using in August?
