2014 Crazie Med Cruise

We would really love to go on one of the newer Celebrity ships...Princess sounds good, too...going to look and see if they have anything out yet for 2014. My main interest is in Italy and a Greek island. The Celebrity dream cruise of a few years back that I had wanted to go on had ports starting in Barcelona, Spain, and a port in France, and on to Italy, wine country, then Rome with a long time in port there, 8 AM till 8 PM, I think, and then the Amalfi Coast, Naples...then on to Santorini and Athens, and then around the boot up to Dubrovnik, and then overnight in Venice. Something like that...it gave a chance to see a few different countries on one cruise. I'm open to a little different itinerary. Will wait and see what comes up and hear everyone else's view on ports and all.

Kevin - thanks for the link to Serenade of the Seas. :smile: I showed this one to my husband, and I might actually get him to convert from Princess to RCI next summer. Love the 4 sea days! I wish we could join the Crazies cruise, but unfortunately we're limited to August.

I presented my husband another option - Celebrity Equinox. He was very excited ... I think I may get him to switch over from Princess. Serenade goes to Greece and Turkey, with those 4 relaxing days at sea, while Equinox is Italy heavy. I don't now - it's going to be tough having to choose.

Thanks Keith. I too will be interesting in hearing how the newly upgraded ship rates in your experience. Sharon read some of the reviews on the critical board, but I told her to take some of those with a grain of salt.
