Sailing the Mandalay

The Mandalay is back in the Caribbean sailing out of friendly Grenada with many of the ole crew and a new owner. The feel is the same as the old Windjammer but the new name is slightly different: Windjammer Sailing Adventures, see their Facebook and web site.

We had a great time sailing the beautiful Grenadines with Captain Sly and crew of 22. Many former Windjammer friends were on board along with some newbies. Folks of all ages, everyone of them young at heart, enjoyed the fun, food and frivolity. This ship is large, 264 ft. if I recall correctly and has plenty of space to sneak off and read, enjoy a cocktail or sit with friends. Good to be on the turquoise sea again!

Sounds like a great time, and adventure, bingo296. I remember the Windjammer. I think my DH would like this kind of cruise.
