histoman
Hi, We have been offerred a good deal on a river cruise on the Danube. The ship is a German ship "The Little Prince". We know the company running the cruise, but can't seem to get information or feedback on the ship. Can anyone help? Thanks, Histoman
WeCruiseToo
It looks like “The Little Prince” is the English translation for the MV Kleine Prinz operated by the company Value World River Cruises (but it may have changed owners a couple of times). It looks like an older, fairly basic river boat. Of course there’s nothing wrong with that, but it may not live up to the experience of other river cruises if you’ve gone before. DebbieandJerry
Sometimes various university alumni groups will sponsor river boat tours. If you can, check out the bigger universities and see if they have any sponsored tours with this line. If so, then I'd look at the feedback. Sometimes good deals are because the ship doesn't fill. Could be a reason why. Then again, could be that folks just aren't keen on booking river cruises.
