Jan115
Decisions...decisions...I have been monitoring air for the last two months for a cruise in July-August, and the fare between BOS and SFO has remained the same at $406, both United and Virgin America. Today the JetBlue fares came out, but their fares were not as good as I had hoped. Torn between booking either United or VA now or waiting for a price drop. What would you do? WeCruiseToo
Hi Jan! When we book a cruise that requires air, we look at the total price and decide if the trip is worth the money or not. If it’s not, we’ll start looking for a different trip. If it is, we book the air and look forward to our vacation. No buyer’s remorse. No woulda, coulda, shoulda. Then it’s time to start planning the next, next cruise! AndiD
I'm going through the same thing with our flights to Orlando in October; my travel agent does not think that fares are going to come down so I probably will just book it and at least get the seat I want! I concur with Michael and Amy - no regrets!
Jan115
Thanks for your input everyone. You are right. A person could go mad over this, so I have booked the Virgin America flights. They are non-stop, the times work well, and the prices aren't all that bad. Time to move on! :)
