GottaCruz
Just came back today from 4 days aboard the Liberty of the Seas. Cruise aboard this ship was as great as always. You can read my previous review. What made this cruise a bit different was we took one of those rooms that face the Promenade deck and absolutely loved it. It was very cool to look down from the window and see everyone shopping and walking and all. If we had been in the cabin at the time, we would have been able to see the parades and disco parties right from our cabin. We will definitely be doing that again. Debarkation was our very best ever. Since we're Diamond members, we had tags with Number 1 on them. We were told to go to the Michelangelo dining room at 8 AM. When we got there there, we were told we could walk right off, no lines whatsoever. In fact, when we reached the terminal , there wasn't even a line for Customs. So, at 8 , we reported to the Michaelangelo , found our luggage immediately , and by 8:50, we were in our own house. That was amazing. If anyone has any questions about this ship, please ask away. We've sailed her many times and she is our absolute favorite. Sarge6870
Sarge6870
Welcome home Glad you had a fab cruise. We are so looking forward to our first RCCL cruise in November. We have heard so much about RCCL, and the fact that it's a smaller ship makes the cruise that more inviting. Glad to have ya' home safely GottaCruz
KeithnRita
Welcome back to reality, Cheryl and Wayne! We've only cruised on 2 RCCL ships, however we are booked on the Serenade of the Seas for a New Year B2B. We hope to enjoy RCCL as much as you do. GottaCruz
Thanks for the welcome home greetings, Sarge, KeithandRita, Shari, Michael and Amy, Jan, Debbie and Jerry and Larry. Yes, we do love those Diamond member perks and they give you so many of them. We especially appreciate the value books, from which we always get 2 free photos and the debarkation perk, allowing us to be in the first group that leaves the ship to claim our luggage. Of course, we also enjoy the Diamond club appetizers and the treats brought to our cabin. I must say, RC knows how to treat us Diamond members.
