It seems like each company is run largely independently for the most part, regardless of what parent company they have. It’s actually a very good strategy to appeal to a broader customer base. Just like those companies that own several different restaurant chains. Some people like seafood while others prefer Italian – it’s good business sense to be able to capture both of those customers.
