OK as many of you people know carnival cruise lines have had many problems. like the carnival Splendor cruise fire like i know it was just a malfunction. did anyone get hurt no. then the Triumph cruise fire no one got hurt so why did they sue the cruise line. just because of a malfunction. even if they knew it would happen. and last but not least the Costa Concordia ran a ground off the coast of Italy. now as many of you know 32 people died because of that. So as we all know carnival is still a good cruise line even if it has problems.

People sue because they can. The first thing that happens is that lawyers contact them and say they can make them lots of money. It won't cost them anything so what do they have to lose? After all, somebody sued McDonald's for coffee being too hot!
