To me, the sweater and sheet issue are two huge red flags of a poor cabin steward and his supervisor. But, I'm glad that the Gem was a beauty. Sorry about the bad weather.

Its one thing to miss duties like the sweater and the sheets but its another to not take responsibility for those mistakes. That part bothers me more than the actual events.
