New Smoking Policies

Jerry wants to know (and I do not know the answer), if he tells the cruise line that he is willing to pay the $250, would they let him smoke on the balcony? My thinking is no, but I thought I'd put this out there.

Sounds like a great revenue draw for the cruise lines, doesn't it? Just think - The cruiser would pay $250 for each occurrence. The cruise lines would make a fortune!

My attempt at being witty fell flat on its face. It's a $250 fine if you're caught smoking. No, you can't pay to smoke in smoke-free places.
