Celebrity to Host NY Rangers Legends Cruise to Bermuda

Celebrity Cruises, the Official Cruise Line of the New York Rangers, has announced its second Rangers Legends Cruise – a seven-night Bermuda getaway from July 26, 2015 on Celebrity Summit departing from Cape Liberty in Bayonne, New Jersey to Bermuda featuring Rangers greats Adam Graves, Jeff Beukeboom, Stephane Matteau and Ron Greschner.

“Some thrills are so great – they’re worth repeating,” noted Michael Daniels, Regional Marketing Manager, Celebrity Cruises. “Our premiere Rangers Legends Cruise last August was a huge success, and we’ve expanded on it for 2015.”

Onboard, guests will learn how to fire a slapshot at a hockey clinic and discover how the pros control a power play at a special “Rangers Greats Q&A panel.”

Travelers who are part of the Legends Cruise will be able to kick back and relax with their favorite teammates.

The Rangers will host an in-arena shooting contest at five home games throughout the 2014-15 season, offering fans a chance to win a spot for them and a guest on the Rangers Legends Cruise. Celebrity Cruises also will hold a sweepstakes for a Special Grand Prize Package to come aboard this year’s Rangers Legends Cruise.

As part of the marketing partnership, Celebrity Cruises will have integration on the team’s websites; on GardenVision, the state-of-the-art center-hung multimedia display; as well as on-ice branding and digital signage during the Rangers Legends Cruise shooting contests.
