jacketwatch Posted January 8, 2015 Report Share Posted January 8, 2015 I went to "that other site" and read other reviews of this cruise and saw that there was OBC and future cruise credit offered. Did they not offer you anything? They should have and I do believe you can still get it by calling RCI if they did not. They will have records for such things. Perhaps you were inadvertantly overlooked when the cruise line issued OBC and FCC for the inconvenience you underwent. It's not necessary to contact the "BBB". If you have a TA, have them assist you in getting compensated.
