North Carolina ports

Do you think North Carolina, which has the 6 th or 7th largest shoreline in the United States, ever have ocean cruises ?

I don't know what is required to make a US shoreline a port, but I'm guessing that taxes and fees are a main consideration. I would love to visit North Carolina.

Hi Harold! Did you have a city in mind that could host a port? We love new ports but I don’t think Charleston or Norfolk have been hugely successful so it’s probably a long-shot.
