Yes, it's a new MLM similar to Paycation. In the case of inCruise, you pay a monthly fee of $100 to join, and can book a cruise only when you've reached $300. They claim to offer lower prices, but all they do is take out group space like any other agent can do (without taking a monthly fee). In my opinion, it's just a savings plan to take a cruise, reminiscent of those "Christmas Clubs" the banks promoted years ago. I don't see the attraction, really. The real purpose of inCruise, though, like all travel MLMs, is marketing - to get people to join their affiliate program and recruit more members. They are less concerned with good service and helping you find a perfect vacation, and more concerned with making money.

Save your money for a reputable qualified travel agent with the proper training, experience and credentials.
