katerid
Hi, I live with my son in Scarborough. We planned to visit Galapagos this August by cruise. He was very much excited about the whole thing. He is thirteen and his second molars are coming out. He is facing difficulties because of this. Eruption of his premolar tooth is blocked by the existing temporary teeth. We consulted a children’s dentistry here and they suggested it’ll better if we not travel now. So I cancelled the whole thing. He is so disturbed after hearing this. I promised him that I’ll take him somewhere else this year itself. Please suggest good options for cruize trip with children. I heard about Disney cruise line. Does anyone know about them? Which all places they cover? What are the expenses? Do they provide medical facility for children? Please help? Shari2
Hi Katerid....so sorry you had to cancel your cruise. I can imagine how your son felt when you had to cancel. I hope your son's teeth issues will be soon resolved. We do have a Disney expert here to help you, but she is on a cruise right now...maybe when she gets back she can help. My daughter took her three girls on Disney and they all had a wonderful time. I do think that Disney is a little more expensive, but another good line for children is Carnival. Some of the newer ships are really nice and have a lot to do for the kids. I do think that Disney along with Carnival travel to many of the normal ports. Not sure of medical for children, except that most ships do have a doctor on board.
